The colloquium was inaugurated by the Honourable Chief Guest, Shri N. A. Haris, Member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, and Guest of Honour, Smt. Vidya Pillai, Indian Professional Snooker Player. Their presence highlighted the importance of physiotherapy in healthcare and professional sports.
The event featured 8 top surgeons’ lectures, 16 renowned physiotherapists’ lectures, 6 learn-a-technique demonstrations, 12 peer learning barcamps, 12 unique case presentations, 22 poster presentations, and 25 physiotherapy exhibitors showcasing advanced technology.
The organizing team, led by Dr. Dhanajeyan Jayavel PT (Organising Secretary), along with Dr. Aarti Prasad PT, Dr. Nandan Kumar PT, and Dr. Kasiraj Rajagopal PT, ensured the smooth conduct of all sessions. The event also included a variety of scientific committees and panel discussions covering areas like knee rehab, neuro rehab, shoulder rehab, pediatric rehab, spine rehab, cardio-pulmonary rehab, hip rehab, and healthy ageing.
The colloquium successfully created a platform for knowledge sharing, professional networking, and skill enhancement, reinforcing the vital role of physiotherapists in healthcare.
