Parents must avoid giving high processed foods, sugary beverages etc to their kids. Parents must encourage their kids to drink water, make their kids consume homemade fruit smoothies etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><strong><span lang=\"EN-IN\">By promoting physical activity:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-IN\">It is true that kids could avoid getting NAFLD by means of physical activity. It is important to do atleast half hour or 30minutes of exercises daily. Exercises like cycling, running, swimming etc would be superb for the kids.
