The way we treat those who work for and with us directly affects the results we get. A happy, motivated person gives their best, while a disrespected, undervalued one holds back, even if unintentionally.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Respect and Authority Are Not the Same<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Having more knowledge, experience, or authority doesn\u2019t mean we can look down on others. Leadership is about guiding, not belittling. When demands are high, clarity and communication should match that intensity. Shouting or blaming doesn\u2019t speed up work it slows it down by killing motivation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Unhappiness Lowers Potential<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The moment you make someone unhappy, you stop getting their best. A person who feels valued naturally goes the extra mile. But when treated with impatience or disrespect, their enthusiasm fades, and the work suffers not because they lack skill, but because they lack motivation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Clarity Over Chaos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instead of criticism, offer clarity. Define expectations, give the right inputs, and create a clear roadmap. Frustration often comes from miscommunication.
