We seek acknowledgment, appreciation, and recognition to feel good about ourselves. But in this pursuit, we fall into the endless loop of comparison and competition &#8211; not just with strangers, but with colleagues, friends, and even family. It`s subtle, yet relentless.<\/p>\n<p>Even when we win, it often feels hollow. One victory only leads to the next target, the next person to outshine. The hunger never ceases, and satisfaction remains elusive.<\/p>\n<p>But there is another way &#8211; a shift from competing to complimenting.<\/p>\n<p>When we compliment instead of compete, we create alignment, not rivalry. We foster harmony, not hierarchy. Imagine what happens when one adds to another &#8211; 1 added with 1 becomes 11. A simple gesture of support or acknowledgment can magnify impact exponentially.<\/p>\n<p>Like a drop that merges into the ocean and becomes the ocean, we too can dissolve the ego and find peace by becoming part of something greater &#8211; through harmony, unity, and mutual upliftment.<\/p>\n<p>In that alignment &#8211; with ourselves, with others, and with a higher purpose &#8211; we find true power. Not the power to dominate, but the power to elevate. Not success at the cost of others, but success with others.<\/p>\n<p>Peace doesn`t lie in being superior.
