We could lower the chances of dementia in us by means of physical activity, especially cycling. It is noteworthy that cycling is a low impact physical activity that would improve our heart as well as brain health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-IN\">It was brought out by a research study that those who do cycling in their middle age have low chances of developing dementia in their later stage.
