\n\u2013 Visa and immigration applications
\n\u2013 Large financial transactions and loan applications
\n\u2013 Bid participation and business registration<\/p>\n

\n\u2013 Recent passport-size photo (Max 50 KB)
\n\u2013 Solvency proof of applicant
\n\u2013 Encumbrance Certificate
\n\u2013 Latest Guideline Value Statement
\n\u2013 Liability Amount Certificate
\n\u2013 Mortgage Certificate
\n\u2013 Property Tax receipts
\n\u2013 Chitta or Patta (land ownership records)
\n\u2013 Self-Declaration Form (download from portal)

2. Apply for Solvency Certificate<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Log in with your CAN
\n\u2013 Go to: Services\u00a0\u2013 Revenue Department\u00a0\u2013 REV-118 Solvency Certificate<\/p>\n

3. Fill Application Form<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Personal and parent\/spouse details auto-filled from CAN
\n\u2013 Enter solvency required amount and purpose
\n\u2013 If government employee, add monthly salary
\n\u2013 Provide property details (District, Taluk, Village, Survey No., Land\/Building, Extent, Market Value, Share %)
\n\u2013 Click Add for each property
\n\u2013 Ensure Total Solvency Amount \u2265 required solvency<\/p>\n
