To simplify the process,\u00a0RBI<\/strong>\u00a0has urged the public to check for unclaimed deposits through its official portal\u00a0UDGAM (https:\/\/udgam.rbi.org.in)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

How to Claim Your Unclaimed Deposit:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Visit any branch of the bank where the account was held
\n– Submit valid\u00a0KYC documents<\/strong>\u00a0such as\u00a0Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID,<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Driving License<\/strong>
\n– Receive your unclaimed money (along with applicable interest)<\/p>\n

In addition,\u00a0banks across the country<\/strong>\u00a0will conduct\u00a0special camps from October to December 2025<\/strong>\u00a0to assist customers in locating and reclaiming their unclaimed deposits.<\/p>\n
